What happens when I exceed my responses?
Responses pause when you reach your plan's monthly allowance and resume when you upgrade or the month resets; nothing extra is billed automatically. SMS and AI usage beyond your included allowance is billed at the plan's published overage rate, shown in your account.
Can I pay in Rand, Pounds or Dollars?
Yes. Choose your currency at sign-up; invoices are issued in it. Eswatini customers can pay in Rand, at par with the lilangeni.
